Abstract

Non-formal educational institutions cover various categories, including equality education, personality education, early childhood education skills education and job training, formal education supporting education, and so on. Because this article will discuss the relationship between non-formal equality education, the focus of the discussion is to review equality education institutions. Course education institutions have contributed a lot to the development and progress of education in Indonesia. Especially for Package C graduates who wish to develop their skills in fields other than the chosen major. Having some of the skills needed in the world of work will certainly be an added value for a job seeker. These skills certainly cannot be obtained instantly, so training and processes are needed to achieve them. The qualifications of companies in looking for employees are currently increasing and there are not a few competitors to find work. Therefore, many job seekers are competing to improve their skills by taking various courses to obtain certification which can be a plus point for someone when applying for a job.
