PERAN SUPERVISI DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN GURU DI SMA MUHAMMADIYAH GADINGREJO KABUPATEN PRINGSEWU
Abstract
The world of education cannot be separated from the responsibility of all parties, be it the government, parents, or the community. Because education if it is not handled or no one is responsible, it is feared that in the future our education will be even more unclear. Therefore, it needs very serious attention, especially from the government that carries out this responsibility to the supervisor, because when an educational institution receives serious supervision, it is hoped that it will because when an educational institution receives serious supervision, it is hoped that a quality education will be created, especially if it is carried out by an expert supervisor. Therefore, the role of the supervisor is very supportive, because without an expert supervisor (professional) it is also impossible for a school / madrasah to run well and of good quality. The study was conducted on the basis of the fact that the problems of the performance of the head of the madrasa and teachers still need serious attention, because their performance is one of them influenced by the presence of supervision. The formulation of the problem in this study is: How is the role of supervision in an effort to improve the performance of principals and teachers at Muhammadiyah Gadingrejo High School? The purpose of this study is to describe the role of supervision in improving the performance of principals and teachers at Muhammadiyah Gadingrejo High School. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which is located at Muhammadiyah Gadingrejo High School, Pringsewu Regency. The sources of information in this study are the Superintendent of Schools, Principals, and Teachers.
