Abstract

: Educators are assets in the world of education who will be responsible for the success of students, so that educators must pay attention to their welfare, through career development of educators so that educators are able to compete, students will have motivation, and create curiosity student height. This researcher aims to describe career development in increasing creativity and what factors are both supporting and inhibiting the creativity of teaching staff at SDIT Tunas Cendikia Baturaja and SD Negeri 15 OKU. This type of research is a field research with the object of research at SDIT Tunas Cendikia Baturaja and SD Negeri 15 OKU. The nature of this research is descriptive-qualitative which seeks to provide descriptions of the background, nature and distinctive character of the cases in the field, to explore the data carried out by means of intensive relationships with data sources. Data in the form of a description of the activities or behavior of the subject and other documents obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study indicate that based on Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, it is mandated that in the path of coaching and career development there are three domains, namely assignments, promotions and promotions for educators which if the three domains are carried out in accordance with the procedures, regulations and policies of educational institutions. . The skills of educators through training, supervision, PKG, PPG, outstanding teachers and driving teachers who support in increasing the creativity of educators at SDIT Tunas Cendikia Baturaja and SD Negeri 15 OKU, supporting factors for learning creativity are the motivation of the institution, costs and infrastructure suggestions, while the inhibiting factor is the individual's intention/willingness level is still low in participating in training and other career development programs that support teacher professionalism.
