Abstract

Madrasah as an institution where education is held is a system that has devices and elements that are interrelated with each other. Internally, madrasas have a madrasa head, teachers, students, curriculum, facilities and infrastructure. While externally, madrasas are related to other institutions both vertically and horizontally which are both aimed at achieving educational goals. The same applies to changes and improvements in the competence and professionalism of the teachers themselves. Because in line with the challenges of global life, the roles and responsibilities of teachers in the future will be more complex, thus requiring teachers to always make various improvements and adjustments to their mastery of competencies. Teachers must be more dynamic and creative in developing the learning process. Related to these theories, opinions and phenomena, the researchers are interested in knowing more in depth about what methods are used by the head of the madrasa in his leadership process and what efforts and strategies are used by the head of MTs Raudhotul Mubarokah in improving the pedagogic competence of SKI teachers. Based on his approach, This research is classified as a qualitative research because the research is carried out in natural conditions. In the preparation of this thesis the author uses various methods to obtain the necessary data. The methods are: Participatory Observation (Participant Observation), In-depth Interview (Indepth Interview), Data analysis is the process of systematically searching and compiling data obtained from interviews, field notes, and other materials. So that it can be easily understood, and the results of the research can be easily informed to others. Data analysis is done by organizing the data, breaking it down into units, synthesizing it, choosing what is important and what will be studied, and making conclusions that can be told to others.
