PELAKSANAAN SUPERVISI KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM
Abstract
Implementation of the supervision of the principal, the principal is able to improve teacher performance in learning Islamic Religious Education at SDIT Tumaninah Yasin, Metro District, Metro City Center. Even though the teacher's performance is considered good, but not yet fully maximized, a more in-depth study is needed on the implementation of supervision and improvement of teacher performance. It is deemed necessary to conduct research to analyze the implementation of teaching supervision on improving the performance of Islamic Religious Education teachers. With qualitative methods, the research resulted in several conclusions, namely the planning of the principal's supervision carried out in a planned, systematic and sustainable manner. At this stage the principal performs the stage of determining the name of the teacher to be observed, forming the time for the implementation of the observation time, compiling an observation grid and determining whether the class observation is known to the teacher or not, this is based on an agreement between the principal and the teacher of Islamic religious education.
