Abstract
Quality culture in educational institutions is a fundamental pillar for ensuring continuous improvement and sustainable organizational performance. In the context of Islamic Educational Management (MPI), quality culture integrates technical quality standards with spiritual values derived from the Qur'an and Hadith, such as Ihsan (excellence) and Itqan (professionalism). This study aims to systematically review and analyze literature related to the implementation, determinants, and impacts of quality culture in educational organizations. The methodology employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) guided by PRISMA principles, analyzing peer-reviewed articles published between 2019 and 2024. The findings reveal that building a strong quality culture requires visionary leadership, transparent communication, continuous professional development, and robust evaluation mechanisms (Controlling). Furthermore, integrating Islamic values elevates quality culture from a mere administrative tool into a holistic moral responsibility. This article provides strategic implications for educational managers to foster an
environment committed to sustainable quality enhancement
