Abstract

Educational management is a structuring of educational fields carried out through planning, organizing,   compiling,   staffing,   coaching,   coordinating,   communicating,   motivating, budgeting,   controlling,   monitoring,   evaluating   and   reporting   activities   systematically developed to achieve quality educational goals. This research was conducted from January to March 2022 with the location at MTs Al Khairiyah Kaliawi, South Lampung. This descriptive study was designed to obtain information about the implementation of education management in an effort to improve the quality of MTs Al Khairiyah Kaliawi, by revealing certain social situations by describing reality correctly, based on relevant data collection and analysis techniques. Sources of data obtained from primary data sources and secondary data sources. Then the types of data disclosed in this study are schematic, narrative, and description, as well as explanations of data from informants both oral and written document data, the behavior of subjects observed in the field also becomes data in collecting the results of this study such as: audio video recordings, field notes , and documentation. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The management implementation carried out at MTs Al Khairiyah Kaliawi, is to carry out educational management functions, namely by carrying out leadership that has far-reaching insight and seeks to improve and develop the organization not only for now but for the future (visionary).
