This study was motivated by the need to improve educational quality at Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Abu Bakat, which faces challenges in graduate competencies, curriculum integration, and stakeholder expectations in South Tangerang. The purpose of the study was to analyze the educational management strategies implemented to enhance academic quality, assess their effectiveness, and formulate policy recommendations. A qualitative case study approach was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participatory observation, and institutional documentation, and analyzed using the Miles & Huberman interactive model. The results indicate that educational management strategies have included curriculum planning, faculty development, learning service monitoring, and ongoing evaluation, but their implementation lacks integrated data systems and digital support. The study concludes that the educational management strategy at STAI Abu Bakat is relatively effective in improving academic quality, but needs strengthening through performance-based monitoring systems, human resource development, and process digitalization.
