PENGARUH PEMBERIAN REWARD DAN METODE MENGAJAR GURU PAI TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR AL-QUR’AN HADITS DI SMP NEGERI 31 BURU PROVINSI MALUKU TAHUN PELAJARAN 2024/2025

This study aims to examine the influence of rewards and teaching methods of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers on students’ learning outcomes in Al-Qur’an Hadith at SMP Negeri 31 Buru, Maluku Province, in the 2024/2025 academic year. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. The population consisted of all eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 31 Buru, and the sample was selected using purposive sampling. Research instruments included Al-Qur’an Hadith learning outcome tests, teacher teaching method observations, and documentation of rewards given. Data were analyzed using multiple regression techniques to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results indicate that the provision of rewards and the teaching methods of PAI teachers simultaneously have a significant effect on students’ learning outcomes. Individually, both variables positively contribute, with rewards increasing student motivation and participation, while varied teaching methods enhance material comprehension. The study concludes that a combination of appropriate rewards and effective teaching methods can significantly improve Al-Qur’an Hadith learning outcomes.
