This study aims to describe the implementation of guidance and counseling services in shaping students’ morality at Alkhairaat Putri Junior High School in Malinau, North Kalimantan. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the school counselor, teachers, and students. The findings show that guidance and counseling services play a significant role in fostering students’ moral development through individual counseling, group guidance, classroom guidance, and the integration of Islamic values into counseling activities. The counselor collaborates with homeroom teachers and school leaders to internalize religious values and discipline-based character building. The study also identifies several obstacles, such as limited counseling facilities, insufficient parental involvement, and students’ low motivation to participate in counseling programs. Despite these challenges, the implementation of guidance and counseling has shown positive impacts on students’ discipline, manners, and emotional control. Strengthening facilities, improving parental collaboration, and enhancing counselors’ professional competencies are suggested to optimize moral development in Islamic-based schools.
