PROFESIONALISME GURU (STUDI TENTANG GURU TERSERTIFIKASI DI MA DARUL MUTTAQIN KABUPATEN OGAN KOMERING ULU)

This study aims to describe the professionalism of certified teachers at MA Darul Muttaqin, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, and to analyze the implementation of professional, pedagogical, personal, and social competencies in teaching practices. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that certified teachers have demonstrated professionalism in planning, implementing, and evaluating instruction. However, several challenges were identified, including limited educational facilities, administrative workload, and suboptimal technology utilization. The study concludes that certification contributes significantly to improving teacher professionalism, although continuous development is still needed
