IMPLEMENTASI GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA MAN 1 BANDAR LAMPUNG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2025/2026

Abstract

Islam is a comprehensive religion, regulating not only the manner in which humans worship their God but also governing all aspects of life. Starting from the organization of society, studies, even the regulation of systems and leadership of the state. Leadership and leadership in Islam have been regulated in Islamic law. individuals/states and expertise.

The problem in this study is "How to Implement the Leadership Style of the Principal of MAN 1 Bandar Lampung ?". The objectives of this study are as follows: (a) To determine the extent of the application of the leadership style of the school principal, (b) to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in the application of the leadership style of the Principal of MAN 1 Bandar Lampung. This research uses a qualitative method. The research subjects are school principals, data collected through in-depth interviews with informants, observations, and documentation.

Based on the results and analysis of findings, the implementation of the leadership style by the school principal of MAN 1 Bandar Lampung. The success of an organization will not be separated from various supporting factors. Situational leadership styles can influence the performance of teachers and employees. Leadership is a process of leading. Leaders must do something. Leaders must tell teachers and employees to take action. Leaders inform teachers in various ways, such as using legitimate authority, creating models (setting examples), setting goals, giving rewards and legality, restructuring organizations, and communicating vision.
