ETOS KERJA KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PESERTA DIDIK DI SDN 050666 LUBUK DALAM KECAMATAN STABAT KABUPATEN LANGKAT TAHUN PELAJARAN 2025/2026

Abstract

The focus of this research is the work ethic of the Head of SDN 050666 Lubuk Dalam Kecamatan Stabat Kabupaten Langkat. The purpose of this research is to find out "the work ethic of the principal of of SDN 050666 Lubuk Dalam Kecamatan Stabat Kabupaten Langkat. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, namely research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the people and actors observed. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis procedure used in this research is qualitative analysis.

Based on the findings of the analysis and discussion, the results of this study can be concluded that the work ethic of the Head of SDN 050666 Lubuk Dalam Kecamatan Stabat Kabupaten Langkat to move towards significant improvement. It is clear from the breakthrough towards something that is towards improvement which is very innovative, the hard work shown by the principal both at work and influencing his subordinates so that the improvement of various aspects in the school continues to grow rapidly, including the discipline of the principal can be a benchmark for increasing the ethos Head of SDN 050666 Lubuk Dalam Kecamatan Stabat Kabupaten Langkat.

The improvement of the work ethic of the head of SDN 050666 Lubuk Dalam Kecamatan Stabat Kabupaten Langkat continues to increase in accordance with the indicators listed in the concept of a good work ethic, so that at SDN 050666 Lubuk Dalam Kecamatan Stabat Kabupaten Langkat the principal's innovations become a breakthrough which is very decisive for school improvement towards global competition.
