Abstract

The principal's work ethic is related to integration in an educational institution, both public and private. Although the purpose of this study was to study and describe the work ethics of the principal of Tebet Madina Islamic School Middle School, the focus of this quantitative descriptive investigation was fieldwork, and the subject of the investigation was work ethic, Director of Tebet Middle School Madina Islamic School, in Banjarmargo District. Information is collected through documentation, interviews, and observation. In addition, the data was analyzed through several stages of analysis, including data reduction, presentation, extrapolation of conclusions, and data verification. The results of the study show that: The principal of SD Negeri 038 Tambusai, has a strong work ethic. are: The image of the madrasa will continue to improve with the higher work ethic of the principal. The basic work ethic at Tunas Bangsa secondary school is also directly correlated with the improvement and progress of the school in general. Improving the work ethic of teachers and directors at SD Negeri 038 Tambusai are actually two things that are interrelated that cannot be separated, and discipline is a key component in improving the work ethic at SD Negeri 038 Tambusai
