The principal has an important role in improving the quality of education, so he must have the ability as a leader. A good principal's leadership is able to manage all existing resources to achieve educational goals both in terms of learning and human resource development. To realize the goals of education, it takes a principal who has the competence and responsibility accompanied by an increase in the performance of the school community, especially the performance of the teacher as the person in charge of the learning process of students. In the process of leadership activities, the head of the Daarut Kindergarten Tholibiin Srikaton his ability to influence, guide / direct, move, and motivate teacher performance has been implemented. However, from the activities that have been carried out, it is still found that teachers do not carry out their duties and obligations, so that they can interfere with the process of learning activities. Therefore, the author is interested in further research and proposes the formulation of the problem in this study, namely "How is the Kindergarten Principal's Leadership in Improving Teacher Performance at Daarut Tholibiin Srikaton Kindergarten?"The purpose of this study was to obtain a complete, accurate and up-to-date picture of the leadership of the kindergarten principal in improving the performance of teachers at Daarut Tholibiin Srikaton Kindergarten. While the usefulness of this research is as input for the head of kindergarten in carrying out their duties in order to be able to improve teacher performance, as input for teachers in order to improve their performance in learning management as professional personnel, as well as input for various parties related to the world of education or who intend to do further research.
