This study aims to analyze the conflict management strategies applied to improve institutional productivity at SDS Islam Terpadu Ibnu Abbas II, Tongkuno District, Muna Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. Conflict within educational institutions is unavoidable due to diverse teacher characteristics, differences in perception, workload imbalance, and increasing professional demands. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation to explore the strategies used by the school to resolve conflicts effectively. The findings indicate that the school implements several constructive strategies such as deliberation, open communication, proportional task distribution, mentoring between senior and new teachers, and emotional management training. These strategies effectively reduce tension, enhance interpersonal relationships, and build a harmonious work environment. The positive impacts of conflict management are reflected in improved teacher performance, higher teaching quality, stronger team collaboration, and greater parental satisfaction with educational services. Thus, conflict management conducted systematically and grounded in Islamic values serves as a crucial factor in enhancing the long-term productivity and performance of the institution.
