This study aims to analyze the strengthening of Total Quality Management (TQM) in improving school/madrasah accreditation amid the digital transformation era at SMA Tunas Bangsa, Tulang Bawang Regency. Rapid changes in the educational landscape driven by technological advancement require institutions to adopt management systems that are effective, efficient, and adaptive. Strengthening TQM is considered a strategic effort to enhance quality standards, improve institutional performance, and meet national accreditation indicators. This research applies a descriptive qualitative approach using observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings reveal that the implementation of TQM is increasingly evident in several aspects, including improved quality planning, development of teaching documents, digital data management, and administrative digitalization efforts. However, challenges remain, such as limited digital infrastructure, inconsistent technological competence among teachers, and the need to strengthen a comprehensive quality culture. Despite these challenges, the school community demonstrates strong commitment to building a sustainable quality system. Digital transformation plays a crucial role in improving learning efficiency, accreditation documentation, and overall educational services. The study concludes that systematic and consistent TQM reinforcement significantly increases school readiness for modern accreditation systems and contributes to the establishment of an excellent, competitive, and technologically adaptive educational institution.
