The quality of education at the elementary level is a fundamental aspect in achieving sustainable educational excellence. This study aims to analyze the implementation of educational management in improving the quality of the Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Adzkia Bangkinang Kota for the 2025/2026 Academic Year. The research focuses on planning, implementation, supervision, and evaluation within the school’s management system. This study employed a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, and education staff, as well as documentation of school programs. The findings indicate that educational management is implemented systematically and effectively, beginning with needs-based planning, teacher competency development, reinforcement of Islamic school culture, and routine evaluation through coordination meetings and academic supervision. The study also reveals that visionary leadership, teacher collaboration, and parental support serve as key contributing factors to quality improvement. Major challenges include limited facilities, varying teacher competencies, and inconsistent parental involvement. Overall, the implemented educational management has significantly contributed to the improvement of learning quality and school culture. The study recommends strengthening teacher professional development programs, enhancing digital facilities, and optimizing school–parent partnerships to ensure sustainable quality improvement.
