Analisis Manajemen SDM Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan di MTs Hasanuddin Telukbetung

This study aims to analyze human resource management (HRM) for teachers and education personnel at MTs Hasanuddin Telukbetung during the 2025–2026 academic year. The research focuses on planning, recruitment, development, performance appraisal, and quality improvement efforts carried out to support the effectiveness of educational management. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings indicate that HRM practices at the madrasah are generally well implemented, particularly in task allocation and professional development programs. However, several challenges remain, including limited continuous training and performance evaluations that are not yet fully structured. This study concludes that optimizing HRM requires enhancing training programs, strengthening continuous evaluation systems, and improving coordination among work units to support overall educational service quality.
