This study aims to describe the implementation of character education management in developing students’ interests, talents, attitudes, and positive behavior at SDN 02 Ujung Gunung Ilir Menggala, Tulang Bawang Regency. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, involving school principals, teachers, and students as key informants. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that character education management is implemented through three major stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. In the planning stage, the school designs character-based programs integrated into learning activities and school culture. During implementation, values such as religiosity, discipline, responsibility, and cooperation are applied through intracurricular, cocurricular, and daily habituation activities such as morning literacy, congregational prayers, and extracurricular programs. Evaluation is conducted periodically through attitude assessments, behavioral observations, and student development reports. The implementation of character education management has been shown to enhance students’ learning interests, support talent development, and strengthen positive attitudes and behaviors in the school environment. This study confirms that the success of character education is strongly influenced by collaboration among teachers, the school, and parents in creating a supportive school culture.
