This study aims to analyze the implementation of character education management in developing students’ interest, attitudes, and positive behaviors at SD IT Tauhid, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, for the 2025/2026 academic year. Character education is a fundamental component in shaping morally upright generations, especially at the elementary level where students’ personalities are being formed. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, using interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. The informants included the principal, classroom teachers, Islamic education teachers, and students as primary sources of information. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing based on Miles and Huberman’s interactive model. The findings reveal that character education management at SD IT Tauhid has been implemented systematically through program planning, activity organization, habituation practices, and character evaluation. The character education program focuses on strengthening students’ learning interest, politeness, responsibility, and positive behavior through integration in learning activities, school routines, school culture, and extracurricular programs. The principal acts as the main initiator, while teachers play a role in implementing character values through modeling, habituation, and positive reinforcement. The results show improvements in students’ learning motivation, discipline, respectfulness, and religious behavior. This study concludes that well-planned and consistently implemented character education management involving all school stakeholders significantly contributes to forming students’ positive character. Therefore, character education must continue to be strengthened through collaboration between schools, teachers, parents, and the community.
