INTEGRASI MUTU DAN LAYANAN PENDIDIKAN SD NEGRI 01 GUNUNG SAKTI TULANG BAWANG DALAM PENINGKATAN KEPUASAN PESERTA DIDIK TAHUN PELAJARAN 2025/2026
Abstract
This study aims to describe how the integration of quality and educational services at SD Negeri 01 Gunung Sakti Tulang Bawang contributes to increasing student satisfaction in the 2025/2026 academic year. This study begins with the issue of low perceptions of consistency in the quality of educational services received by students and the need for an integrative strategy oriented to their needs. A qualitative approach with a case study design was used to understand the phenomenon in depth in the school context. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, education personnel, and students; observations of the learning process and school services; and a review of quality policy documentation and service programs. Participants were selected through purposive sampling techniques to ensure the relevance of the information. Data analysis was carried out through reduction, categorization, and theme drawing techniques. The research findings indicate three main themes: (1) quality integration is carried out through harmonization of academic standards and non-academic services; (2) the quality of communication and teacher responsiveness are proven to be key factors influencing student satisfaction; and (3) a supportive school culture strengthens the sustainability of quality service practices. The integration of quality and service has been shown to improve students' perceptions of learning comfort, information clarity, and school responsiveness to their needs. This study concludes that the integration of quality and educational services can be an effective strategy for increasing student satisfaction. Practical implications include the need to strengthen integrated quality management and improve teacher service competency. Further research is recommended to explore a student-participation-based quality integration model.
