This study aims to describe and analyze the management of facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at Pondok Tahfidz Plus IT Abu Dzar Bogor. The research focuses on the processes of planning, procurement, distribution, maintenance, and evaluation of facilities that support PAI learning activities. The background of this study lies in the importance of adequate educational facilities, as PAI learning in Islamic boarding schools emphasizes not only cognitive aspects but also character building, spirituality, and the strengthening of Qur’an memorization. Therefore, a structured and well-controlled management system is essential to support the achievement of optimal learning quality. The findings indicate that Pondok Tahfidz Plus IT Abu Dzar Bogor implements a sustainable and well-directed pattern of facilities management. Planning is conducted through annual needs assessments involving the school leadership, PAI teachers, and facilities management teams. The procurement of learning facilities, IT-based classrooms, student dormitories, tahfidz libraries, and worship facilities is carried out using a prioritization system based on urgency. Additionally, the institution conducts regular monitoring and preventive maintenance for facilities such as multimedia devices, internet networks, and tahfidz rooms to ensure that all learning tools remain functional and aligned with the technological standards of contemporary Islamic education. Furthermore, the study reveals that effective facilities and infrastructure management significantly contributes to improving the quality of PAI learning, particularly in the effectiveness of tahfidz methods, the use of digital media in kitab learning, and the enhancement of student discipline and comfort during the learning process. Evaluation is conducted systematically through monthly meetings and monitoring instruments that enable quick responses to issues that arise. Thus, it can be concluded that proper facilities and infrastructure management at the institution successfully creates a modern, conducive, and relevant learning environment in line with the needs of today’s Islamic education.
