This study aims to analyze how educational service quality integration is implemented at SD Negeri 2 Budidaya, Sidomulyo District, South Lampung, to enhance student satisfaction as a key indicator of success in primary education. The research focuses on several dimensions of service quality, including the quality of the learning process, teacher competence and professionalism, the adequacy of facilities and infrastructure, and the effectiveness of communication between the school, students, and parents. Student satisfaction becomes highly relevant as public demands for improved quality in public schools continue to intensify, requiring educational institutions to provide services that are responsive, adaptive, and aligned with student developmental needs. A qualitative case study design was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that educational service quality integration at SD Negeri 2 Budidaya is implemented through systematic program planning, strengthening of school culture, optimizing teacher roles in promoting active learning, and creating a conducive learning environment. The principal plays a central role in driving quality integration through policies emphasizing collaboration and continuous evaluation. Additionally, parental involvement in school programs significantly contributes to building educational services that are high-quality and student-centered. The study concludes that integrating educational service quality has a direct impact on increasing student satisfaction, which is reflected in improved learning motivation, discipline, comfort within the school environment, and positive perceptions of teachers and the school. The implementation of student-oriented service quality practices successfully creates more meaningful and enjoyable learning experiences. The study recommends that the school strengthen periodic evaluation mechanisms, enhance teacher capacity through continuous professional development, and develop innovative services to address modern educational challenges.
