This study aims to analyze human resource management (HRM) practices for educators and educational staff and their influence on student learning outcomes at SD Ar-Raudah Bandar Lampung. The background of this research is based on the importance of effective HRM in ensuring high-quality learning processes. In the context of primary education, the quality of teachers, administrative personnel, and support staff is a crucial factor influencing the effectiveness of teaching and learning. Therefore, this study explores how planning, development, performance evaluation, and empowerment of human resources are implemented in the school and how these practices contribute to students’ academic achievement. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving teachers, the principal, and educational staff. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that HRM practices at SD Ar-Raudah include planning teacher needs based on class ratios, continuous professional development through workshops and academic supervision, and performance evaluation systems that emphasize reflection and continuous improvement. Additionally, internal communication and coordination among units play an essential role in supporting effective learning processes. The study concludes that structured and needs-based HRM practices contribute significantly to improving student learning outcomes. Teachers who receive adequate professional development support are able to deliver more innovative and responsive learning methods, while well-managed educational staff help create a disciplined, safe, and conducive school environment. Overall, effective human resource management serves as a foundational element in enhancing the quality of teaching and students’ academic performance at SD Ar-Raudah Bandar Lampung.
