This research aims to describe in depth the implementation of the principal’s academic supervision toward stakeholders in an effort to improve the quality of learning at SMP Negeri 35 Pekanbaru. The study is based on the importance of collaboration among principals, teachers, education personnel, school committees, and parents in creating effective learning processes that meet students’ needs. Through well-planned and continuous academic supervision, the principal is expected to identify learning needs, enhance teachers’ professionalism, and ensure that all stakeholders play an active role in supporting the educational process. Academic supervision that emphasizes not only evaluation but also coaching becomes an essential factor in building a conducive and high-quality school climate. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, in which data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The study focuses on the planning, implementation, and evaluation of academic supervision conducted by the principal, as well as the forms of stakeholder involvement in each stage. Data validity was ensured through source, technique, and time triangulation. Data were analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, resulting in a comprehensive description of the academic supervision practices carried out at SMP Negeri 35 Pekanbaru. The findings indicate that the principal’s academic supervision has been effectively implemented through clear program planning, dialogical and constructive supervision practices, and evaluations that foster shared reflection. The principal successfully mobilized stakeholders through intensive coordination, continuous coaching, and constructive feedback. Stakeholder participation in supporting learning activities significantly strengthened the improvement of learning quality at the school. Thus, collaborative and participatory academic supervision is proven to be an appropriate strategy to enhance the quality of learning at SMP Negeri 35 Pekanbaru.
