This study aims to provide an in-depth description of the management of educational facilities and infrastructure at SMA Islam Terpadu Qurrota A’yun in Sigi, Central Sulawesi. The research focuses on the planning, procurement, utilization, and maintenance processes of educational facilities as the key determinants of a successful learning environment. As an integrated Islamic school, this institution has distinct characteristics in managing its facilities, combining general and Islamic education, which requires comprehensive, effective, and sustainable management practices. This study is essential because the optimization of educational facilities significantly affects the quality of educational services and the achievement of the school’s objectives. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method in which data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation of various school facilities. The informants include the principal, vice principal for facilities management, teachers, and other supporting staff involved in facility administration. Data were analyzed through interactive stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, resulting in a complete overview of how the facilities and infrastructure are managed to support learning effectiveness. Data validity was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The findings indicate that the management of facilities and infrastructure at SMA Islam Terpadu Qurrota A’yun has been implemented fairly well, though several aspects still require improvement, such as increasing classroom capacity, conducting routine maintenance, and optimizing the use of special rooms like laboratories, the library, and religious activity facilities. The planning system is in place with the involvement of multiple stakeholders, although the procurement of facilities faces financial constraints. Moreover, the utilization of facilities has supported the creation of a conducive learning environment, but several school assets require evaluation and renewal to meet the evolving needs of students.
