This study employs a qualitative research method with a field research approach. The data were collected through interviews with the principal, SPMB committee members, teachers, and parents, as well as through direct observation of SPMB activities and documentation in the form of school archives and reports. Data analysis was conducted through the techniques of interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using the PDCA theoretical framework.
The results indicate that the implementation of the PDCA theory in the management of the New Student Admission System (SPMB) at Islamic Elementary School Plus Daarul Jannah, Cibinong, consists of four (4) main stages: planning (Plan), implementation (Do), evaluation (Check), and follow-up (Act). The school develops its strategies by determining quotas, selection criteria, and the integration of general and Islamic curricula. The implementation process runs quite well through registration, selection, interviews, and observation of prospective students. Evaluation is conducted regularly through committee meetings and parent satisfaction surveys, while follow-up efforts focus on improving the registration system and enhancing the quality of Islamic education. However, there are still some shortcomings, such as limited use of information technology in promotion and the suboptimal involvement of the community in the evaluation process
