Abstract

This study aims to analyze the professional competence of Akidah Akhlak teachers in improving the quality of learning evaluation implementation at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Mesuji, Mesuji Regency, Lampung Province. Learning evaluation is an important aspect of education that can influence student learning outcomes. Through a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results show that teachers with good professional competence can effectively carry out evaluations, thus improving the quality of learning. The study also found a significant relationship between teacher professional competence and student learning evaluation results. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of education in madrasahs, especially in the subject of Akidah Akhlak
