Character development in early childhood is a crucial aspect of education that must be emphasized. In TK Islam Idaman Hati, the school culture approach is one of the main strategies for character formation in children. This study aims to identify and analyze how school culture can contribute to children's character development. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results indicate that the school culture applied at TK Islam Idaman Hati, such as habits of mutual respect, discipline, and cooperation, positively impacts children's character development. Furthermore, parental involvement in the educational process is also a determining factor in the success of character formation. This research is expected to contribute to the development of educational strategies in other educational institutions.
