Quality education is an important aspect of enhancing a country's human resources. This study aims to explore the strategies implemented by school principals in elementary schools in South Lampung Regency to improve the quality of learning for the 2025/2026 academic year. The main focus of this research includes planning, implementation, and evaluation of the teaching and learning process at schools. Through this research, it is expected that school principals can implement more effective and efficient methods to support education quality enhancement. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires distributed to principals, teachers, and students. The results indicate that the implementation of mentoring strategies, teacher training, and the use of technology in learning significantly impact the improvement of learning quality in elementary schools in South Lampung Regency. This research is expected to serve as a reference for school principals and other education stakeholders in their efforts to improve the quality of education in Indonesia.
