IMPLEMENTASI PERENCANAAN STRATEGIS DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU TENAGA PENDIDIK DI SD ISLAMA TERPADU RABBANI KABUPATEN BONE

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of strategic planning in improving the quality of educators at SD Islama Terpadu Rabbani in Bone Regency. Quality education heavily relies on the competencies of educators, making proper strategic planning crucial. The research employed a qualitative method with a case study approach, where data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicated that the implementation of strategic planning at SD Islama Terpadu Rabbani significantly enhanced the quality of educators, as evidenced by improvements in pedagogical and professional competencies. This study also discovered that the involvement of all parties, from management, educators, to parents, significantly impacts the success of strategic planning implementation. Therefore, this research contributes to understanding how effective planning can serve as a foundation for improving educational quality.
