Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of character education management by school principals and teachers in developing students' learning interest, attitudes, and positive behaviors at the Yayasan Pendidikan Iskandar Muda Wahdah Islamiyah Aceh in the 2025/2026 academic year. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that the implementation of character education management plays a crucial role in creating a positive learning environment. Findings show that active school leadership and support for teachers contribute to enhancing students' motivation. Moreover, collaboration between teachers and parents significantly influences students' character development. This research is expected to serve as a reference for other educational institutions in effectively implementing character education
