This study aims to explore the implementation of school principal management in improving teacher performance at SDIT Ar-Raihan Wahdah Islamiyah Soppeng for the academic year 2025/2026. In an increasingly competitive educational context, the role of the principal as an educational leader is crucial in creating a conducive learning environment. This research employs qualitative methods with a case study approach, including interviews with the principal, teachers, and analysis of related management policy documents. The results indicate that the management strategies employed by the principal significantly impact teacher performance, including aspects of planning, organizing, directing, and supervising. Therefore, these findings are expected to contribute to the development of more effective educational management in elementary schools.
