The Tahfidz Qur'an program at SMP Islam Ulun Nuha in Medan City aims to nurture a generation that is not only academically intelligent but also spiritually strong. This study focuses on the strategies implemented by teachers in executing this program. A qualitative method was utilized through in-depth interviews with teachers and direct observations in classrooms. The findings indicate several key strategies, including interactive learning, motivational support, and the use of technology in teaching. Data shows that 85% of students are able to memorize two surahs within one semester. This research is expected to provide insights and recommendations for the more effective development of Tahfidz programs in the future.
