Field findings in this study are: planning the principal's supervision is carried out in a planned, systematic and continuous manner At this stage the head of the school conducts the stages of determining the name of the teacher to be observed, determining the time of observation, compiling an observation grid, determining whether class observations are known to the teacher or not, this is based on an agreement between the principal and the teacher At the stage of implementing observation, Activity of the head of the sect Ternyat does not interfere with the course of the learning process in class even the principal at the end of class hours provides motivation to students to continue learning diligently At the follow-up stage, the results of supervision are discussed together between teachers and principals who discuss teacher deficiencies in teaching in the hope that in the future teachers can improve them.
Teachers have good performance in the learning process, this can be seen from the process of preparing learning plans that are arranged in accordance with the criteria set in teacher performance standards, at the stage of implementing learning teachers are able to master the material well, then teachers are able to vary teaching methods and using learning media and providing opportunities for students to evaluate tests with questions and answers In addition, teachers are able to evaluate tests by asking several questions during the last learning session.
