Conceptually, coaching or empowerment, comes from the word "power" (power or empowerment). This type of research is an evaluation research using qualitative research methods and evaluation research is a research that aims to compare an event, activity and product with the standards and programs that have been set, the data sources used are secondary data and primary data while data collection techniques are based on observation, interviews and documentation.
The results of the research on the personality competence of Islamic religious education teachers in fostering the morals of students in the Muhammadiyah Lubuk Banjar Junior High School environment are: 1). In the aspect of faith and piety, they have behaved in a way that reflects piety. Noble character acts in accordance with religious norms. 2). The moral condition of students at SD Negeri Kupang Kota is generally quite good, but there are still some students who still have bad morals, including: truancy, impolite speech, not participating in ceremonies and arriving late. The delinquency of students at Muhammadiyah Lubuk Banjar Junior High School, although various moral development of students has been implemented, has not completely changed the bad morals of some students. 3). A teacher certainly has a wide range of knowledge, for that it is appropriate for a teacher to be generous in teaching his knowledge. In addition, teachers must behave and act based on deep consideration as educators. Its nature and actions are based on the benefits of students, society and the environment.
