Abstract

This research aims to analyze the integration of educational service quality in improving student satisfaction at SMAN 1 Bulok. The quality of educational services is one of the key factors determining the success of educational institutions in creating an effective and enjoyable learning environment that is responsive to students’ needs. In the context of modern education, student satisfaction serves as an important indicator of the quality of services provided by the school, encompassing academic, non-academic, and supporting facilities. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the school principal, teachers, and students. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the integration of educational service quality at SMAN 1 Bulok is implemented through improving the quality of the teaching-learning process, providing efficient administrative services, strengthening interpersonal relationships between teachers and students, and ensuring adequate educational facilities and infrastructure. The school also applies participatory principles in decision-making, allowing students to feel involved and valued in the learning process. Furthermore, the research findings show a significant increase in student satisfaction following the implementation of a student-centered educational service system. This improvement is reflected in higher learning motivation, discipline, and a stronger sense of belonging to the school. Therefore, the integration of educational service quality has proven to have a positive impact on student satisfaction levels, ultimately fostering an excellent, harmonious, and competitive school culture.
