Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and explore the implementation of Islamic Religious Education Teachers on the implementation of learning evaluations, especially in the Aqidah Akhlak subject. To describe what factors are the supporters and obstacles faced by Islamic Religious Education teachers in the implementation of learning evaluations, especially in the Aqidah Akhlak subject at MA Daarus Sunnah Wangon. To analyze in detail, about the teacher's efforts in overcoming obstacles in the Implementation of Evaluation on Aqidah Akhlak Subjects. This type of research is a type of field research (Field Research) which is descriptive qualitative with an educational evaluation approach, the types of data and data sources are primary (Madrasah Head, Head of Curriculum, Aqidah Akhlak subject teacher) and secondary, namely all educators in the environment. Madrasah Aliyah Daarus Sunnah Wangon, the data collection techniques used in this study were using the methods of observation, interviews, documentation, and triangulation. The analysis was carried out interactively and continuously until it was completed through the Miles and Hubermen model, namely data reduction / data reduction (summarizing and selecting the main things), data display (presenting data in a short pattern, then conclusion drawing /verification of data or verified /The results of the study obtained the following results: First, the process of implementing the evaluation of moral aqidah learning is good, including making a learning evaluation grid, compiling learning evaluation tools, implementation time, learning evaluation techniques, giving evaluation scores, reporting the value of the evaluation results. and remedial programs. Second, the supporting factors are divided into two: internal factors and external factors. While the inhibiting factors are the limitation of Aqidah Akhlak lesson hours which are only one hour a week so that teachers in implementing learning evaluations are less than optimal, the factor of the teacher in the field of study itself, because the teacher of moral aqidah b the use of media tools has not been maximized and the use of IT, the teacher's methods have not varied in delivering learning materials. Third, the teacher's efforts in overcoming obstacles in the implementation of learning evaluation: Increasing seriousness during formal hours including the quality of teachers, teacher media, adding moral aqidah hours outside formal hours, holding lessons outside formal hours so as not to miss the subject matter. Complementing the media that has not been varied based on IT, teachers always improve the varied learning methods.
