IMPLEMENTASI GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN SITUASIONAL KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN PROFESIONAL GURU SDIT SUNAN AVERROES SLEMAN

Abstract

This research aims to determine the leadership style of the school principal in improving the professionalism of teachers at SDIT Sunan Averroes Sleman. The data sources in this research are the school principal and the entire teacher council. Data collection tools in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive qualitative characteristics. The results of this research are that the leadership style of the principal of SDIT Sunan Averroes Sleman in improving teacher professionalism education includes various styles, one of which is firm-spirited, sometimes even-tempered, wise and responsible.
