ANALISIS MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA PENDIDIK DAN TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN DI MA DARUL HIJRAH 2 PASURUAN

Abstract

Human resources (HR) have a big role in the implementation of education, especially in the quality of personnel in education. Education is a process that cannot be separated from the role of human resources (HR). The aim of this research is to describe the human resource management of educators and education staff at Madrasah Tsanawiyah  MA Darul Hijrah 2 Pasuruan Besar. This research is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used observation, documentation and in-depth interviews with school principals, educators and education staff at Madrasah Tsanawiyah  MA Darul Hijrah 2 Pasuruan Besar. Data analysis was carried out using the steps of data collection, data compression, data presentation and conclusion drawing as well as data validity using credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of the research show that the Human Resources Management of Educators and Education Personnel at Madrasah Tsanawiyah  MA Darul Hijrah 2 Pasuruan Besar has good management, making Madrasah Tsanawiyah  MA Darul Hijrah 2 Pasuruan Besar an inspiring school at the high school level in Sumbawa Regency and the first driving school at the high school level in Sumbawa Regency.
