This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of strategic planning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Hidayatul Ummah NW Bagik Nunggal, Central Lombok, in the 2024/2025 academic year. Strategic planning is a systematic process in designing the direction of policies and objectives of educational institutions in order to achieve the vision and mission effectively and efficiently. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the process of implementing strategic planning at MTs Hidayatul Ummah NW Bagik Nunggal is carried out through the stages of formulating the vision and mission, analyzing the internal and external environment (SWOT analysis), determining strategic objectives, preparing work programs, and periodic evaluations. Although there are still several challenges such as limited resources and less than optimal stakeholder involvement, the school shows a strong commitment to implementing strategic planning as an effort to improve the quality of education. This study recommends the need for managerial training for school leaders and the active involvement of all school elements in the strategic planning and evaluation process
