MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN MINAT, SIKAP DAN PERILAKU POSITIF PESERTA DIDIK DI MADRASAH SALAFIYAH WUTSHO PONDOK PESANTREN ABDURRAHMAN BIN AUF UJUNGBATU KABUPATEN ROKAN HULU PROVINSI RIAU

Abstrak

Character education is an important aspect of the educational process aimed at shaping the positive attitudes and behaviors of students. This journal examines the management of character education implemented at Salafiyah Wutsho Madrasah, Abdurrahman Bin Auf Islamic Boarding School, Ujung Batu, Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province. Through a qualitative approach, this research collects data through interviews, observations, and document studies. The study results indicate that good character education management can develop students' interests, attitudes, and positive behaviors. Based on the data, 75% of students stated that the implemented character programs significantly contributed to increasing their social awareness and ethics (Suyadi, 2022). This research is expected to positively contribute to character education development strategies in pesantren environments.
