This type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The key instrument in this study is the researcher himself using interview guidelines, observation guidelines and documentation. The results of the study indicate that (1) the application of humanistic theory in learning aqidah and akhlak at Pesantren Jauharoh Al Mannan is applied to the material on etiquette of dressing, beautifying, traveling, visiting and receiving guests as well as material on avoiding major sins and is applied to the discussion method, questions and answers, advice and role models which include the application of humanistic theory from Abraham Maslow, Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas and Ki Hajar Dewantara; (2) the impact of the application of humanistic theory in learning aqidah and akhlak on learning outcomes can be seen in three aspects, namely the cognitive aspect seen from report card grades, the affective aspect seen from the attitude of carrying out religious teachings such as praying, covering the genitals, respecting older people and being confident and the psychomotor aspect seen from the ability of students to develop and explore their potential by participating in competitions or contests; (3) inhibiting and supporting factors for the application of humanistic theory in learning about faith and morals at the Jauharoh Al Mannan Islamic Boarding School include inhibiting factors in the form of several students who do not pay attention, students who are withdrawn and students who do not understand the learning material, there are several students whose attendance is lacking and there are still several students who are not consistent in dressing according to Islamic law or are not consistent in wearing the hijab and supporting factors in the form of support from spacious classrooms, adequate learning materials and media, high teacher enthusiasm in providing direction and motivation; (4) the way to overcome inhibiting factors in the application of humanistic theory in learning about faith and morals is for teachers to approach, provide direction and motivation and provide assistance.
