Abstract

The essence of education is a means by which a person obtains knowledge wherever and whenever, just look again at a person's efforts in obtaining and obtaining that knowledge. If we focus on formal education, then this can be found in Madrasah institutions. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation process carried out in improving the quality of Madrasah education. The research used in this case is a literature study, namely by looking for several sources of literature related to the research, for example through books and journals, and other sources of literature. After that, analysis and filtering will be carried out to obtain concrete results. The results obtained are based on analysis from several sources, namely strategic planning is a design that has been prepared as optimally as possible through a team that has been formed by the school in compiling it in the form of programs and things related to it. This is also inseparable from the role of the head of the Madrasah school in managing and influencing his subordinates to contribute to implementing strategic planning in order to produce quality Madrasah education
