Abstract
This study aims to describe and analyze: (1) Management of learning to memorize the Qur'an (2) Inhibiting factors in learning to memorize the Qur'an (3) Solutions provided to overcome obstacles in learning to memorize the Qur'an at SDIT Waladun Sholihun Weru Sukoharjo in the 2024/2025 academic year. This study uses a qualitative type with a descriptive approach. Located at SDIT Waladun Sholihun Weru Sukoharjo. In September – Desember 2024. The subjects in this study were teachers/ustadz/ustadzah who taught tahfidz, while the informants were the Principal and the tahfidz teachers. Data collection methods using observation, interviews and documentation. Test the validity of the data using triangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis with an interactive model from Miles and Huberman, starting with data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the study show that: (1) planning for learning to memorize the Qur'an begins with 4 stages, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising/evaluating. (2) The obstacles faced in managing learning to memorize the Qur'an are the abilities of students and the existence of similar verses. (3) The solution provided to overcome obstacles to learning to memorize the Qur'an is to find the root cause. provide training for teachers who teach tahfidz, provide motivation on the importance of memorizing the Qur'an, why we must memorize the Qur'an, and so on, or give rewards so that students can be enthusiastic again in memorizing the Qur'an. For students who are indeed lacking in ability, the teacher/ustadz/ustadzah will try their best, such as being patient in repeating (muraja'ah) and always being involved in prayer so that students who have limited abilities can be given ease in memorizing the Qur'an. Synergize with parents to guide children in muroja'ah at home. The school will try to implement the ummy method in the next school year.
