IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN DI SEKOLAH DASAR ISLAM TAHFIZH CAHAYA QUR’AN DEPOK
Abstract
This research aims to describe and analyze the implementation of human resource management (HR) in an effort to improve the quality of education at the Tahfizh Cahaya Qur'an Islamic Elementary School, Depok. The focus of this research includes the process of planning, implementing and evaluating HR management and its impact on the quality of education, especially in the context of tahfizh-based Islamic schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews with school principals, teachers and staff; direct observation of school activities; as well as documentation studies. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model of interactive analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, as well as drawing conclusions and verification. The validity of the data was tested by triangulating sources and techniques, as well as member checking. The research results show that the implementation of HR management at Tahfizh Cahaya Qur'an Islamic Elementary School Depok is carried out systematically, starting from recruiting teaching staff who have Islamic and academic competencies, continuous training, regular performance evaluations, to giving awards to increase motivation. This strategy has a positive impact on improving the quality of education, as can be seen from students' academic achievement, discipline, and increased memorization of the Al-Qur'an. Thus, effective HR management has proven to be an important factor in supporting the quality of education in tahfizh-based Islamic schools
