Integrated curriculum management is an educational strategy aimed at harmonizing academic, spiritual, and life skills aspects within a single integrated learning system. MTs Daarus Sunnah Wangon Banyumas implements an integrated curriculum that combines the national curriculum with the local curriculum, particularly in the aspect of Islamic education. The implementation of this curriculum aims to produce graduates who not only possess academic intelligence but also spiritual competence and practical skills. However, in its implementation, the madrasah faces several challenges, such as limited facilities, uneven teacher competency, and difficulties in maintaining a balance between academic subjects and tahfiz. Based on this background, this study focuses on four main aspects: the implementation of integrated curriculum management, challenges in its implementation, efforts to improve educational quality, and obstacles in enhancing the quality of education at this madrasah. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The research was conducted at MTs Daarus Sunnah Wangon Banyumas, involving subjects such as the head of the madrasah, the vice principal of curriculum affairs, teachers, and students. Data were collected through in- depth interviews, observations, and documentation and then analyzed thematically through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Triangulation techniques were applied to enhance data validity by comparing interview results with observations and obtained documents. Research findings indicate that the integrated curriculum management at MTs Daarus Sunnah Wangon has been systematically designed to integrate academic education with Islamic values. Curriculum evaluation is conducted regularly through routine supervision, annual reflection, and stakeholder involvement. The main challenges in curriculum implementation include limited facilities, varying levels of student comprehension, high teacher workload, and inconsistent teacher competency, all of which impact the effectiveness of learning. To address these challenges, the madrasah has implemented quality improvement strategies such as teacher training, more flexible time management, and enhanced collaboration with the foundation and external parties. This study concludes that integrated curriculum management significantly contributes to improving the quality of education in pesantren-based madrasahs. Therefore, it is recommended that the madrasah continue to develop innovations in the learning system, enhance supporting facilities, and strengthen teacher training to optimize the effectiveness of the integrated curriculum.
