PERAN KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN MUTU SUMBER DAYA GURU DI SEKOLAH SALAFIYAH ULA TAHFIDZUL QUR’AN JAMILURRAHMAN TAHUN AJARAN 2024/2025
Abstract
Improving the quality of educational resources, teachers are a component of human resources that must be continuously fostered and developed to prepare quality students who can face the challenges of the times with the development of digitalization, professional leadership is needed to achieve this success. The researcher conducted a more in-depth study to determine "The Role of Principal Leadership in Developing the Quality of Teacher Resources at the Ula Tahfidzul Qur'an Jamilurrahman School for the 2023/2024 Academic Year". The method used in this study is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data obtained from interviews, observations and documentation The results of the study indicate that the role of the principal's leadership to advance the school in developing the quality of teacher resources at the Salafiyah Ula Jamilurrahman School is 1) Management of the principal's leadership strategy in improving the quality of teachers at SUTQ Jamilurrahman: implementing the vision and mission, monitoring and mentoring, prioritizing salaries, being active in administrative activities and holding regular meetings. 2) Constraints on the principal's leadership strategy in improving the quality of teachers at SUTQ Jamilurrahaman: lack of teacher motivation and competence, limited resources and lack of effective communication. 3) Commitment and implementation of the Principal to overcome obstacles in improving the quality of teachers at SUTQ Jamilurrahman: building a culture of professionalism, providing support and facilities, creating a comfortable work environment and improving teacher welfare
