STRATEGI PEMBIAYAAN TAKHOSSUS TAHFIZH DAN KADERISASI GURU AL-QUR’AN OLEH YAYASAN AL-MANAAR ASY-SYAAMIL DI BEKASI – JAWA BARAT

Abstract

Education has been an urgent think and significant factor for success of all steps and process human civilization progress since a long ago until the end of human history. And good, effective and succeed education which forming educated civilization to ensure progress of mankind will not succeed without being supported by many factors, one of those factors is cost of education, which it quite large. Therefore, since a long ago cost of education is one of urgent element to realizing good education, which must be  fulfilled on individual scale of education seeker  or education providing institutions of state or private. Fulfilling that big education cost need good strategy while the sources are limited. Base on this background, the author wants to know more deeply about “Funding Strategy of Takhossus Tahfizh & Qur’an’s Teacher Cadre by Al-Manaar Asy-Syaamil Foundation”, which provides free education without charging students any fees. The formulation of the problem in this study is: 1)How is the method and strategy of the Al-Manaar Foundation to meets the costs of the Takhossus and Qur’an Teacher Cadre Program? 2) What obstacles are faced by the Al-Manaar Foundation and how are they solved? So the main objectives of this study are: 1) To find out the method/strategy of the Al-Manaar Foundation in financing the Takhossus and Qur’an Teacher Cadre Program and 2) To find out the obsacles they face and how to oveercome them. The results of this study found that: 1) Al-Manaar Foundation has a strategy to meet the costs needs of the Takhossus Tahfizh and Qur’an Teacher Cadre Program by having a Foundation Bussiness Unit and 2) Community Fundraising and 2) Al-Manaar Foundation faces several obstacles for which they can find solutions.
